ABOUT US
In March of 2020 at the beginning of the COVID-19 pandemic friends Yeulanda Degala & Rachael Hooker founded the Facebook page "Neighbors Helping Neighbors - Arlington Heights". The group has been a safe space at a very difficult time for many community members looking for comfort and assistance.
Good Neighbors Network was born in March 2022. We are a 501(c)3 nonprofit that provides assistance to under-resourced community members. We connect helpers with those in need. We inspire and empower all community members to participate in initiatives to help local families with school supplies, household goods, scholarship (1st generation student), a holiday/birthday party gift pantry and much more.
